Primary School teacher Vacancies
According to the latest TSC advertisement (Nov/Dec 2025), there are 7,065 primary teacher vacancies.
With thousands of pupils transitioning through the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), the demand for teachers equipped with foundational teaching skills remains high.
Applicants for primary school positions are required to hold at least a P1 Certificate and be fully registered with TSC.

Teachers placed in primary schools are expected to handle learners from Grade 1 to Grade 6, support CBC implementation, and promote literacy, numeracy, and life skills among pupils.
Junior Secondary School Vacancies
Junior secondary school (JSS) vacancies continue to attract nationwide attention as Kenya settles into the CBC structure. According to today’s TSC advertisement, there are 12 junior secondary school (JSS) teacher vacancies.
These positions require teachers with a Diploma in Education or higher qualifications, specifically tailored to handle Grades 7, 8, and 9.
Applicants should be prepared to undergo interviews, present original academic documents for validation, and comply with TSC recruitment guidelines.

Senior Secondary School Vacancies
