Born in the coastal region, Brenda attended local primary and secondary schools before proceeding to the United States International University (USIU) for a bachelor’s degree in international business administration.

She later won a sponsorship to study Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration. It is in the public domain that her mother died in 2015 after a short illness.

Brenda Wairimu’s career history

Brenda who started acting in 2009 became a sensational actress in the series, Changing Times. She made it to the limelight with the role of Shariffa, a poverty-stricken girl trying to match the standards of her wealthy girlfriends. Soon after came a life-changing nomination as the Best Supporting Actress in Changing Times Drama at the Kalasha Awards.

She has since acted as Lulu in Mali series as a spoiled rich girl abusing drugs, in the Kona series, Shuga as Dala, and Kiki in Skandals Kibao.

In 2018, she starred as the lead actress in the television series Monica. She portrayed Monica, as an outgoing lass trying to climb the social ladder by all means.
