I have never seen a roll of bhang in my entire life, said Pauline

According to the police, Pauline and her friends; Jane Mwangi and Emanze Jilani were found in possession of narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances, which is against the law. However, Pauline refuted the claims and said that she has never seen a roll of bhang in her entire life, and that the whole thing was a setup by the police.

Appearing before the Malindi Law Courts on Monday 24th, the prosecution gave an ear to the case, but dropped it as there was no clear evidence.

After the drug case, Pauline was again accused of false publication on a post she made on her Twitter account regarding a police operation in Nyalenda, Kisumu County. This resulted to several claims by the police that Pauline has been posting inflammatory and inciteful messages contrary to Section 22 (1) (b) (d) of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act no. 5 of 2018.
