Roselinda Soipan Tuya Biography
Before becoming a Defence Minister, Soipan served as a CS for Environment, a docket that has since been taken over by Aden Duale.
Soipan from the Maasai tribe was born and raised in Narok County. She is a daughter to Samson Ole Tuya, a former parliamentarian of Narok South Constituency.
