On Monday 27th, a man’s body was discovered in a sack on the Nairobi River in Ruai. The body was first seen by a woman in Shujaa. According to the police, the man might have been murdered somewhere else, put in a sack, and thrown into the river.

The murder of a man whose body was discovered floating on the Nairobi River in Ruai still remains a mystery. According to the police, the man might have been murdered somewhere else, put in a sack, and thrown into the river. It was then washed downstream to the location where it was found.
Sadly, when the body was pulled from the water, it was already rotten. In order to facilitate identification, autopsy, and other inquiries, the body was then transferred to the mortuary.
In less than a week, Nairobi has reported two similar cases. This one is the second. After the discovery of the body, the police stated that they were looking into this murder case and would give out the findings as soon as possible.
Another man dies in Meru County
Elsewhere another man succumbed to injuries he sustained in hospital following a fight in Ngubu, Meru. On November 24, Martin Mugambi, 36, got into a fight with another man, got hurt, and was sent to the hospital. Unfortunately, he passed away after two days.

Police stated that they are looking into the situation and that they are still looking for the alleged attacker. To determine the cause of death, an autopsy was scheduled to be on Tuesday.
